How to arrive

By plane (from America): Fly to Milan Malpensa airport
By plane (from Europe): Fly to Milan Bergamo airport
By train: Arrive at the Bergamo railway station.
By car: Take the A4 highway exit "Dalmine".

In case you need it, we can arrange transportation to the venue from your airport, station or hotel.
We recommend all guests coming from abroad to stay at a hotel in Bergamo for at least the previous and the following night (September 5th to 7th). See a list of recommended hotels below.

Following typical Italian tradition, the dinner will comprise:

We are happy to accommdate any dietary preferences and restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, any food allergies, et cetera). Please let us know in advance about them.

We recommend booking well in advance, especially if you require several rooms.

Other information

We highly recommend to visit Città Alta, Bergamo's historical centre. You can reach it from Bergamo downtown by bus or cable car (running every 10 minutes), or with a 30 minutes (steep) walk.
The center of Bergamo is walkable, and all its neighborhoods as well as the airport are connected by buses (running every 10 minutes throughout the day).
Bergamo and Milan are connected by train (taking 45 minutes, running every hour, and costing about 6 Euro).
If you want to explore the surroundings, consider renting a car. (In Italy we drive on the right side of the road, as in the US.)
